Our Chief Executive Dr. A. Selvaraj has more than 30 years of Industrial and Academic experience. His doctoral thesis was on the impact of New Economic Polices on Small Enterprises in India. He is also a small Industry leader in India and a motivational speaker in the areas of human resources development, organizational development, Leadership, team building and so on. He gives consultancy to several Corporate and Small Business Organizations. He successfully conducted several Entrepreneurship Development Programmes for various educational institutions and budding young entrepreneurs. He conducts parenting and counseling for schools.
He always believes in creating extraordinary things through Ordinary People. He is a serious Book Lover and maintaining a good personal library at his home and has an interest in Carnatic and Light Music as well. He is dedicated to the path of self-realization and spiritual enlightenment.
Dr. A. Selvaraj is a HR and IR specialist turned entrepreneur in India who is a "visiting professor" to many Indian Universities. He is closely working with Academia to create an effective Industry Institute collaboration. He is the past president of Small Industry Associations like Madurai District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association (MADITSSIA), Tamilnadu Small and Tiny Industries Association (TANSTIA) presently he is the president of Confederation of southern States Small Industries (CONSSIA) Association.
